Produced by Stargate along with A.G. Cook and Finn Keane, the upbeat track pretty much serves as an update version of the 'Boom Clap' singer's 'Pop 2' song 'Track 10'.

AceShowbiz - Promising to "save pop music," Charli XCX has finally released her collaboration with Lizzo, "Blame It on Your Love", after much anticipation. Arriving on Wednesday, May 15, the track pretty much served as an update version of the songstress' "Pop 2" song "Track 10". The song was produced by Stargate with additional production from A. G. Cook and Finn Keane.

Backed by a clipped, handclap-driven beat, "Blame It on Your Love" finds Charli singing about being conflicted about a relationship as it gets more serious. "Every time you get too close I run, I run away/ And every time you say the words I don't know what to say/ Back, back to the beginning," she rhymes. "I blame it on your love/ Every time I f**k it up."

Lizzo offers a brief verse on the song, giving advices to Charli. "I don't know what's wrong with this girl Charli, she crazy," she raps. "Baby, I know that you can't control it/ But my body like a swisher, just roll it/ Imma give you one chance to fall in love/ Give you once chance, don't f**k this up."

A music video for the song may be coming soon as the collaborators were recently spotted filming what appeared to be the visuals for the track in New York City.

It's unclear whether "Blame It on Your Love" is a stand-alone single or a track from Charli's upcoming album. Earlier this year, the "Boom Clap" hitmaker hinted that she would be releasing a follow-up to her sophomore effort "Sucker". Hitting the stores in December 2014, the effort debuted at No. 2 on Billboard 200 and at No. 15 on U.K. Albums chart.

On the other hand, last month, Lizzo released her major label debut album "Cuz I Love You". The LP was her first album to chart on Billboard 200, reaching No. 6.
