Days after he got arrested backstage at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami, the 'Zeze' rapper finds himself indicted on charges of allegedly failing to inform the dealer of his criminal history.

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of making a false statement in the acquisition and attempted acquisition of a firearm.

The 21-year-old rapper was arrested backstage at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami on Saturday, May 11 by local and federal agents from the Miami-Dade Police Department and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kodak allegedly lied when he applied to buy guns at Florida store Lou's Police Distributors. On the application, the star allegedly said he wasn't facing any other serious criminal charges - and failed to inform the dealer that he had a criminal case pending, following his arrest on drugs and weapons charges when he tried to enter the U.S. from Canada in April.

His felony history would also stop him from purchasing a gun, if he declared it.

Kodak, who goes by the name Bill K. Kapri, is now facing up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 (£193,000).
