AceShowbiz - Cassie is apparently back on the dating market. It has been reported that the songstress called it quits with Alex Fine after dating for just six months. While it hasn't been known why the pair decided to break up, MTO News suggested that Cassie might have gotten bored with her relationship with the celebrity personal trainer.
Alex and Cassie reportedly first met when he was training the latter and they hit it off. The "Me & U" singer made their relationship Instagram official in December last year, when she posted on the photo-sharing site a photo of her kissing Alex on Instagram. The trainer for cast members of "Riverdale" has also shared moments with Cassie on social media, including giving her a Valentine's Day shout-out.
Sharing several black-and-white pictures of them together, he wrote, "Happy Valentines Day. Thanks for not throwing away my crocs and not getting mad when I eat all your food if you leave it in the fridge longer than 5min."
Earlier this year, the couple was hit marriage rumors when Cassie was spotted sporting what appeared to be a gold wedding band on her ring finger for sometime. She was seen wearing the ring in question when she went shopping in Los Angeles back in March. However, this report has never been confirmed.
Prior to dating Alex, Cassie was in relationship with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, whom she dated on-and-off for ten years. The raven beauty used to keep her relationship with the music mogul very private, but in 2013, she offered up a rare glimpse of her life with Diddy by revealing how much he had inspired her.
"Just being around him is a completely inspiring experience," she said at the time. "The key to maintaining any relationship, be it a romantic relationship or a friendship, is honesty and communication."
