In a video that has made its way out online, Rob Banks can be seen yelling at the cookbook author at City Harvest Gala, 'Shame on you, Chrissy, why do you hate animals so much?'

AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen's peaceful day was disturbed when she attended the annual City Harvest Gala on Tuesday night, April 30. As the supermodel made her way into the event that took place at Cipriani Grand Central in New York City, an anti-fur activist named Rob Banks screamed insults at her outside the venue of the ceremony.
In a video that was obtained by TMZ, Rob could be seen yelling at the cookbook author, "Shame on you, Chrissy, why do you hate animals so much? Why do you hate animals? You heartless, ugly jerk!" The activist didn't stop there as he also called Chrissy a "heartless murderer" and a "heartless human being." Despite his insults, Chrissy appeared to be ignoring him and kept on posing with other stars at the event.
Even though the "Lip Sync Battle" co-host did not wear any fur at the event, she often wears it for numerous occasions. Chrissy has also expressed her fondness for pork in the past, leading to her getting backlash from vegetarians who don't approve of that. Some called her "disgusting human," while there was also one individual who admitted to losing respect for the mother of two.
In response to this, Chrissy said, "I can't imagine thinking I'm a God because I don't eat meat while simultaneously being a judgmental brat to strangers online. I always think that one day, I will probably give being a vegetarian a try. The thing that would stop me? I never want to feel as entitled and judgmental as the ones losing their minds in my mention."
She added, "I don't go around looking for vegans to harass. That's your bit with anyone who disagrees with you. It's like you guys are all fighting over who can be the most insufferable. Even if I do make the choice to stop eating meat one day, I'd never be this way."
