While it will be Adam Sandler's and Thompson's hosting debut on the show, the upcoming episode will mark the Ant-Man depicter's fourth time hosting the series.

AceShowbiz - "Saturday Night Live" has revealed the lineup for its final hosts for current season 44. Taking it on the hit NBC comedy sketch's social media accounts on Wednesday, April 17, the show named Emma Thompson, Paul Rudd and Adam Sandler as the stars who would be hosting the last three episodes of the season.

Sandler is set to make his hosting debut on "SNL" in the May 4 episode, He will be joined by Shawn Mendes, who has been tapped to be the episode's musical guest.

Following Sandler's episode, "The Children Act" actress will be taking over the hosting duty on May 11. Just like the "Just Go With It" actor, Thompson's upcoming gig will be the first time for her to host the show.

As for Rudd, he's no stranger in serving as the host for the Emmy-winning comedy. The "Ant-Man and the Wasp" star will be hosting for the fourth time on May 18 after he last appeared on the show in 2013.

Jonas Brothers, who just reunited after so many years, will offer musical entertainment in the episode featuring Thompson. Meanwhile, Rudd is joining forces with DJ Khaled who will be the musical guest on May 18. The May 11 episode will be the second time for the Jonases to perform on the show, while DJ Khaled is a first-timer.

The accouncement arrives following an episode featuring Emma Stone as the host. "The Favourite" actress was joined by South Korean boygroup BTS (Bangtan Boys). The 7-piece group made a historic "SNL" performance of "Boy With Luv" and "Mic Drop".

Fans unsurprisingly raved over the performances as one of them tweeted, "So happy and super proud. The fact that they all smiley and carefree doing the performance. Thank you BTS for always giving us the best performance borahae." Another one added, "Sorry to my neighbours. I just screamed during BTS's entire SNL performance they were sooooooooo f***ing good."
