In related news, Teresa's brother Joe Gorga says in a new interview that his sister is having a tough time right now, while the disgraced businessman is 'just in misery.'

AceShowbiz - Considering all the legal turmoil that Joe Giudice has been facing, it comes as no surprise if that affects his mental health. However, it appears that the husband of Teresa Giudice is too stressed thinking about his looming deportation to the point where he has reportedly been put on suicide watch by authorities, according to The Hollywood Gossip.

People who are placed on suicide watch are usually the ones who exhibit signs indicating that they may be at risk of committing bodily harm or fatal self injury. However, authorities have yet to comment whether there's any risk of the disgraced businessman taking his own life.

Joe is currently taken in the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as he awaits a ruling about his possible deportation to his native country Italy. He previously served 41 months at the Federal Correctional Institution for mail, wire and bank fraud.

His brother-in-law, Joe Gorga, recently said to Us Weekly that "he's in a tough spot right now." He added, "He got released -- ICE took him over -- and he's miserable. He's in a really bad spot. He's locked up in a jail cell with bars. The other facility that he was at, he wasn't in a jail cell. So he's having a very, very hard time and he really wants to get out. That guy is just in misery."

According to the "Gorga Guide to Success" author, Teresa is also having a tough time even though she's "put up a good front." Joe said, "I know she breaks down to me. She just has to keep it strong for those little girls. The girls are having it rough also. They're really struggling. … It's just very, very hard. The family is going through a very tough time right now."
