AceShowbiz - Fat Joe, French Montana and Remy Ma are at the centre of a new legal spat with an unknown Florida rapper, who has accused them of ripping off his song.
Fly Havana has filed a federal lawsuit in New York claiming he created the hit that became the trio's "All The Way Up" four years ago.
In documents obtained by The Blast, the plaintiff claims his unfinished version of the track is "identical" to the released version.
He alleges his co-producer, Infared, was friendly with Fat Joe and introduced him to the song.
Havana claims he never heard back from Infared and was shocked when Fat Joe released the song in 2016 as a collaboration with Montana and Remy Ma.
He accused Joe of promising payment and then threatening him to keep quiet about the true origin of the song.
Havana claims Joe handed him cheque for $5,000 (£3,800) and allegedly promised more to come.
He is now suing Joe, French and Remy for his share of the profits from the track.
