AceShowbiz - "Captain Marvel" cast landed in London for the movie premiere ahead of its March 8 release in the United States. On Wednesday night, February 27, the stars of the upcoming Marvel superhero movie rocked their bold outfits to attend the special screening held at The Curzon Mayfair.
The leading actress of the movie, Brie Larson became the belle of the ball in her sweeping royal blue ball gown by Valentino with sexy cutouts at the sides and glittering gold draping. Her blonde hair was styled in a simple updo and she wore minimal accessories.
Larson shared a cute moment with a little girl who dressed as her character. The girl, named Illy, interviewed some of the stars, including Larson and Samuel L. Jackson, and got the actress signed her Marvel comic book.

Illy's appearance at the premiere was set up by an organization called The Female Lead, which is "a non-profit organization dedicated to making women's stories more visible and offering alternative role models to those ever-present in popular culture."
The Female Lead posted pictures of Larson and Illy's moment on Instagram. "Just two captain marvels," the caption read. "We arranged for 8 year old superstar illy to meet her real life superhero @brielarson at the #captainmarvel premiere this evening !"
Also stealing attention on the blue carpet was Gemma Chan, who cut a stylish look in a bright right Brandon Maxwell two-piece which featured a turtleneck top. It was parted in the middle up to the chest to flash her stomach and cascaded into a long train.
Lashana Lynch was stunning in a neon pink long-sleeve dress with an asymmetrical cut-out around the chest area and a thigh-high slit. She donned bold pink eyeliner and wore dangling earrings to add to her sophisticated look.
The three ladies were joined by their co-stars Jude Law and Jackson, as well as the movie's directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, for a group photo. Check out more photos from the premiere below.
