Both the Bravo personality and estranged husband Marty Caffrey are expected to appear before a judge in a Bergen County courtroom to finalize their divorce.

AceShowbiz - Months after filing for divorce, Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey's marriage is finally going to end for good. It has been reported that both "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and her estranged husband are expected to appear before a judge in a Bergen County courtroom this week to finalize their divorce.
Regarding their agreement, a source knowledgeable of the situation discloses to Page Six that Danielle is given two choices: buying their $2M marital house and its furniture or moving out by April. Marty himself will continue living there until their house is sold to someone else, should Danielle chooses to move out. In addition to that, the author has to repay all the debts she owes to Marty and return all their wedding presents.
Ahead of their divorce finalization, Marty confesses to Page Six that he has mixed feelings about it. "Now that my divorce will be final, I feel great relief as well as sadness," he tells the publication. "I bear [Danielle] no ill will, and I wish her the best in everything she does."
Danielle and Marty split in August last year, less than four months after their marriage. In her divorce filing, the Bravo personality accused Marty of physically and verbally abusing her. However, the latter denied the accusation and called her claim "so outrageous that I couldn't even think of what demented mind would come up with these things that are so illogical."
Last month, Danielle was granted a temporary restraining order against Marty that lasted for ten days. According to her rep, she did that for the personal safety of herself and her children, 24-year-old Christine and 20-year-old Jillian, whom she shares with Thomas Staub. She also had Marty removed from their marital home after officers responded to a domestic disturbance in Englewood, New Jersey.
