Besides the former POTUS, the power couple is joined by Stephen Curry and Ayesha at the International Smoke, which is owned by the basketball player's wife.

AceShowbiz - John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's Presidents Day celebration was extra special thanks to the attendance of a certain someone. The power couple joined Barack Obama, Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha, for dinner on Monday night, February 18 at high-end barbecue restaurant International Smoke in San Fransisco. The restaurant was owned by Ayesha.

Unsurprisingly enough, Teigen took to Instagram Stories to give her followers a glimpse at the barbecue ribs prepared in the kitchen. She also posted a Boomerang video of her and chef Michael Mina sharing a drink. "Truly had such an incredible meal at International Smoke last night. Combread with Thai Curry, baked oysters ahhhhh amazing job @ayeshacurry and @ChefMichaelMina!!"

Having an important person like Obama coming to the restaurant he works in, chef Mina couldn't help the temptation to snap a photo with the former POTUS and shared it on Instagram. "No greater privilege than to cook for this man on Presidents' Day. Thank you for the highest honor @barackobama!" he captioned the picture.

Obama, Curry and Legend are all in San Fransisco to participate in the My Brother's Keeper Rising, a two-day event put on by Obama's non-profit organization that aims to "close opportunity gaps facing boys and young men of color." The basketball player and the "All of Me" hitmaker were scheduled to speak during the event, which took place at the town hall.

Baseball pitching coach Dace Stewart also attended the invitation-only event, pointing out how important it is for young black men to believe they have opportunities to achieve greatness. "We are looking out for each other and making sure the advancement of our youth and minorities here in the Bay Area," he said. "We are making sure we pave a way for them."

The event marks the fifth anniversary of the launch of the MBK initiative, which Obama started following the death of Trayvon Martin, a black teenager in Florida who was fatally shot by George Zimmerman in 2012.
