Joined by his mother, the 'Bank Account' rapper boards a stylish private jet to return to Atlanta after being held at the immigration detention center in southern Georgia for ten days.

AceShowbiz - 21 Savage is a free man for the time being after ten days in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody. The English-born rapper was released from the immigration detention center in southern Georgia on Wednesday, February 13 after he was arrested by ICE over Super Bowl weekend over allegations of overstaying his visa.

The 26-year-old star immediately flew back to Atlanta after his release. In a picture obtained by TMZ, the "A Lot" hitmaker and his mother were seen boarding a private jet at a landing strip near the immigration detention center where he had been held. They flashed a big grin as they posed outside the red-painted plane.

21's lawyer, Alex Spiro, gushed about the rapper's ride home, "That's how we take people home when they win." He reportedly would be welcomed by his friends and family in the ATL area to celebrate his release.

21 was arrested on February 3 amid allegations he's a U.K. national who has been living in America since 2005 without the correct paperwork. While he admitted that he was born in London, 21 said that he arrived in the U.S. In 2005 on a valid visa and "lost his legal status" through no fault of his own. He applied for a U visa in 2017.

Words are ICE officials wanted to deport 21 on aggravated felony charge, but have since dropped the plan. They allegedly took issue with the rapper's criminal record, in which he pled guilty to felony drug charges in 2014. His lawyers, however, pointed out that the conviction was vacated last year.

21 will now face a lengthy deportation hearing, after which it will be decided whether or not he can remain and work in the U.S.
