The Canadian rapper and the NFL player are accused of orchestrating a violent beatdown on a guy named Bennett Mcbride, who was seen in a video being assaulted by Younes Bendjima in March 2018.

AceShowbiz - Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. are being sued for allegedly orchestrating a violent attack on a man in a West Hollywood club. The guy named Bennett Sipes claims he was viciously beaten by a gang of thugs, including Younes Bendjima, at Delilah nightclub.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Sipes was a patron at the nightclub on the night he was attacked, March 24, 2018. He claims he was there to see his girlfriend Sommer Ray, who was talking to Drake, Beckham and Bendjima in the VIP section of the club.

When Sipes approached his girlfriend, he got involved in an argument with the three men. Sipes claims when he attempted to leave the VIP area, he "witnessed Defendant Drake signaling to his private security a hand gesture of 'throat slash,' after he pointed at Plaintiff," which Sipes acknowledges as "some type of physical threat towards himself."

As Sipes later attempted to enter the restroom, he says he was attacked by Kourtney Kardashian's ex Younes as well as members of Drake and Beckham's entourage. The suit claims they proceeded to "push, shove, kick and repeatedly punch Plaintiff in the face and body."

Sipes names Drake, Beckham and Bendjima in the lawsuit. He is additionally suing the club for not providing adequate security. He is seeking unspecified damages as he claims that he continues to incur medical bills and suffers "extreme mental anguish and physical pain."

Sipes' attorney, Colin Jones, says they have tried to settle the case without taking legal action, but the defendants ignored it. "We gave the defendant's months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client," Jones tells TMZ.

A video released by the site in August 2018 showed Bendjima viciously assaulting a man, now identified as Sipes, at the nightclub. A source at the club said Sipes "talked smack" as he approached the group before Bendjima launched his attack. Drake and Beckham were seen in the video as well, but quickly left the scene while the assault continued out of sight of the camera.

Sipes filed a police report in 2018, but the investigation was closed because he was being uncooperative.
