Conducted shortly after the infamous video of Kelly urinating on an underaged girl surfaced, the interview featured discussing Kelly's inappropriate behavior with Wendy Williams back in 2002.

AceShowbiz - An old interview featuring Nas has resurfaced online in the wake of Lifetime's "Surviving R. Kelly". In the 2002 interview, "The World Is Yours" spitter suggested that Jay-Z was aware of R. Kelly's inappropriate behavior around young girls.

Conducted shortly after the infamous video of Kelly urinating on an underaged girl surfaced, the interview featured him telling Wendy on her former 107.5 FM radio show, "That's not my style." He continued spilling, "I could have showed the R. Kelly video that everybody's talking about and made fun of it and show pictures of Jay hanging out."

He then insinuated that the Jay-Z once witnessed a "14-year-old girl come into the studio and sit on R. Kelly's lap," adding, "You gonna tell me he didn't see no 14-year-old girl come into the vicinity?"

"You've seen it go down. I've been around R. Kelly … I've been on tours with him. I didn't see no 14-year-old, but I talked to the man and see there's a little problem there," Nas further revealed. "The brother needs help and I pray for him. I'm here for the people. I'm here to talk the truth."

In addition, he suggested that the husband of Beyonce Knowles might be indulging in some 14-year-olds alongside the disgraced musician. "But if I sit here and did an album about women with him, I'm definitely maybe indulging in... he had to be indulging in some 14-year-olds," Nas said.

Following Lifetime's docuseries that explored Kelly's inappropriate sexual relationship with the late Aaliyah, the R&B singer has been facing so many backlash on social media. Many try to boycott his music and those who appeared to defend him would also be dragged into the controversy.

Recently, officials reportedly found illegal activity at the singer's Chicago studio. They spent an hour inside the building before surveying the building's exterior. After the search, the Department of Buildings confirmed that inspectors found evidence of building code violations, "including evidence of residential use which is noncompliant with the zoning code and work performed without approved plans or permits."

Jim Lewis, who runs a business next door to the space R. Kelly rents, was curious to know if police found evidence of sex abuse in the building. "I'm curious today to see what they find inside. You know, if they're bringing out mattresses and women's clothing, doesn't that say a lot to the allegation?" he said.
