Despite her pleas, things are allegedly not looking good for the TV personality and co-star Kandi Burruss.

AceShowbiz - NeNe Leaks may allegedly lose her job on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" if she is not begging the producers. A new report suggests that the TV personality is close to being fired from the long-running Bravo series.

According to MTO News, multiple sources at the network claim that NeNe has been "doing any and everything" to keep her spot in the next season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta". Her attempts reportedly include flying to Miami to personally see Andy Cohen, who executive produces the show.

"NeNe flew out to Miami to see Andy and make sure that they were still friends," shares an insider. The tipster continues saying, "She wants him to support her next season."

In addition, the reality TV star is also said to be kissing up to the production team as well as all the honchos at Bravo. "NeNe even bought [one executive] flowers, she's basically begging to keep her job," another source spills.

However, despite the pleas, things are allegedly not looking good for her and co-star Kandi Burruss. The source goes on to share that the show "is UNHAPPY with how much they are paying NeNe and Kandi, and will be looking to shed costs next season." The source adds, "I don't care how much begging [NeNe] does. Either she's getting a pay cut, or she's getting cut."

Previous report suggested that the producers of the Bravo reality TV series were in negotiations to bring back Phaedra Parks and ex-husband Apollo Nida for the next season. While Apollo had closed the deal with the show, Bravo allegedly faced difficulties in trying to get Phaedra sign on the deal.

"She has moved on," according to multiple sources close to the TV personality. Additionaly, the 45-year-old was said to be having "little interest in coming back to the 'Atlanta Housewives'."

"RHOA" is currently airing season 11, though it doesn't see a good performance. This current season marks the lowest rated "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in the show's history. Fans claim that the show is getting "old." Additionally, the storylines that season 11 offers aren't as interesting as usual.
