Halsey's 'Without Me' Gets New Remix With Juice WRLD - Listen!

On his verse, the 'Lucid Dreams' rapper takes on the role of the singer's ex-boyfriend, admitting that he indeed can't live without her.

AceShowbiz - Celebrating her single "Without Me" topping Billboard's Hot 100, Halsey has treated fans to a new remix of the hit song. The pixie-haired songstress tapped Juice WRLD to add his verse on the remix of the song which made its way out on Tuesday, January 8.

On his verse, the "Lucid Dreams" rapper takes on the role of Halsey's ex-boyfriend, admitting that he indeed needs her spotlight and that he can't live without her. "I would cross the line a thousand times/ You've got what I need, bae, I need your spotlight," he raps. "Along the lines of social suicide, I refuse to die not by your side/ So I'll take what I can from you, then I'll hide/ And save the lucid dreams for another time."

The original version of "Without Me" arrived on October 4, 2018 and debuted at No. 18 on Billboard's Hot 100 before finally reaching the top spot on this week's chart. It marks her first No. 1 single as a lead artist. She previously hit the spot with her The Chainsmokers collaboration "Closer".

Thanking her fans who kept supporting her for making her single reach the top spot of the chart, Halsey wrote on Twitter, "This song came out of a very lonely place and the past few weeks have showed me just how loved and supported I could be, thank you guys for everything. I don't even know what to say." She added in a separate tweet, "I really need a sec to collect myself so I can properly express my gratitude... I'm so confused? And happy? Thank you."

Halsey will be releasing seven-inch vinyl single of "Without Me". The A-side will boast the original version of the song, while the B-side will boast the Illenium Remix, which was released last November. Fans who pre-order the set will get instant downloads of both tracks as well as the Juice WRLD remix.
