The 39-year-old rocker has come into possession of the 16,000 square feet mansion at the end of 2018, per report by TMZ. The transaction was done quietly by a representative from both parties. A source from real estate additionally told PEOPLE that the actual selling price was $31,950,000, and that the written agreement was finalized on December 21.

The sprawling three-acre compound was originally bought by Affleck and Garner from producer Brian Grazer in 2009. The former couple forked $17.55 million to obtain the property that consists of three buildings.
