It's reported that the Duchess of Sussex's personal officers reach out to Scotland Yard's Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) to talk about Samantha.

AceShowbiz - It seems like Kensington Palace is taking measures against Meghan Markle's estranged step-sister Samantha Markle. Samantha is reportedly put on "fixated persons list."
According to The Times U.K., the police royalty put Samantha, who often criticizes the Duchess of Sussex and other British royal family members, on the list because she is considered a "reputational risk" to the royal family. She has been flagged by the police royalty and specialist protection unit.
It's reported that Meghan's personal officers reach out to Scotland Yard's Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) to talk about Samantha as well as the consequences of what would happen if she tried to reach out to the expecting royal in person again.
According to its site, FTAC has the purpose to "assess and manage the risks from lone individuals who harass, stalk or threaten public figures."
"Someone like Samantha presents a risk than a threat," a Scotland Yard source tells the site. "She is not committing criminal offences, but she is causing concerns for the royal family."
"There is big potential for some major embarrassment for the royals," the source continues. "Samantha could make a scene and create headlines with her actions -- and let's face it, she's kind of already done that."
In response to the report, Samantha writes on her private Twitter account, "Yeah this is ridiculous you don't silence somebody by making an example out of them and sensationalizing circumstances by disparaging them." She continues, "Sorry you don't infringe on freedom of speech especially when I talk about my life. #USSupremeCourt #FreedomOfSpeech #SamanthaMarkle."
"There should be a written constitution in the UK that protect individuals for freedom of speech. All I've asked is that my sister be good to our father," she goes on writing in another post. "This is a British media attempt at silencing me when all I've done is advocate for the kind treatment of our dad and point out truth. You don't silence me."
