The 'FEFE' hitmaker, who got arrested in Texas back in July for allegedly attacking a teenager at the Galleria Mall, fails to show up for a hearing related to the case.

AceShowbiz - Incarcerated rapper Tekashi69 (6ix9ine) is facing more legal trouble after failing to show up for a Texas court hearing relating to his choking case.

The "FEFE" hitmaker, real name Daniel Hernandez, previously became a wanted man in Texas after allegedly attacking a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall in January (2018). In July, he was arrested as he arrived back in the U.S. following a European tour, and he spent a night behind bars before his bail release.

Hernandez and his alleged victim reportedly made up after the incident, but he was due back in court on Thursday, December 20 as the criminal case continued.

However, he was a no-show, as he has been held behind bars in New York on six federal counts, including conspiracy to murder and racketeering, since he was taken into custody on November 18.

It appears Hernandez's lawyer failed to alert Texas authorities to the issue, as the judge there issued a bench warrant for his arrest, reports TMZ.

Hernandez is already facing a life sentence if convicted of the New York charges. He has pleaded not guilty, with his trial set for September, 2019.
