Shortly after posting that he has completed his rehab stint, the 'Betrayed' rapper reveals that he and his friends have been asked to vacate the Airbnb pad they are staying due to disruptive behavior.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Lil Xan has returned home clean and sober following a stint in rehab.

The "Betrayed" MC, real name Diego Leanos, shared his plans to seek professional help for his opioid addiction in November, as he marked the first anniversary of his pal Lil Peep's fatal overdose, and he checked into an undisclosed treatment facility on December 2.

His new girlfriend, Annie Smith, was given control of his Instagram account while he sought help, and she shared a message for his fans online as he began his journey to sobriety.

"Diego was just admitted into his first treatment," she wrote beside a photo of the rapper. "He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all of the love and support you are sending his way."

The rapper, who briefly dated singer/actress Noah Cyrus over the summer, has since returned to his Twitter page to reveal he is doing well after undergoing treatment.

"Out And Sober," he simply tweeted on Sunday morning (December 16).

However, shortly after the post, Xan uploaded a pair of videos on Instagram to document a run-in with police in Palm Springs, California, where he and his friends were questioned following a noise disturbance complaint.

In the accompanying caption, the heavily tattooed 22-year-old claimed he was being "detained for no reason" and "profiled... for the way i look", even though in the footage, he was not restrained, as one officer insisted they were "just asking questions".

The incident led to Xan and his pals being asked to vacate the Airbnb pad they had been staying in after allegedly breaking the rules of the rental with their "disruptive behavior".
