AceShowbiz - The 2018 People's Choice Award has announced its full winners. Taking place at Barker Hangar on November 11 in Santa Monica, the annual event honored popular movie, TV music and podcast with many celebrities flocking the venue to attend the ceremony. In TV department, "Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments" came out as the biggest winner, bagging 4 trophies that night.

The Freeform supernatural show collected the awards for Show of 2018 and Bingeworthy Show of 2018. Additionally, the series earned stars Harry Shum Jr. and Katherine McNamara an award each as they were announced as Male TV star 2018 and Female TV Star 2018 respectively.

Traling behind the series was long-running reality TV series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". The E! series following the famous clan snagged the award for Reality Show 2018.

"It's been a really rough week in our home in Calabasas, Hidden Hills, and our neighbors in Thousand Oaks and Malibu. Our hearts are broken from the horrific shootings and those who have lost their lives and homes as well as the hundreds of thousands of us that have been evacuated from the devastating fires that are currently burning," Kim Kardashian said during her acceptance speech. "Action is necessary, so anything that we can do to help, as simple as donating to the many organizations that are collecting supplies, no form of help is too small."

"Our country is stronger when we come together and we cannot face devastation alone. We must continue to reach out and help each other in these trying times. So thank you so much to all of the people who have voted for us. This is such an honor, and we would like to dedicate this win to all of the firefighters, the law enforcement, and the first responders. We really truly appreciate what you have done for all of us, so please let's continue to pray for everyone's safety," she continued.

That night, Khloe Kardashian also took the stage to receive Reality TV Star of 2018 award, presumably due to the cheating scandal involving baby daddy Tristan Thompson that broke the internet back in April.

The 44th People's Choice Awards 2018 also gave away prizes for movie, music and other categories.
