AceShowbiz - Scott Disick has fuelled reports suggesting he and Kourtney Kardashian are on good terms again after jetting out to join his ex and her sisters for a Halloween vacation in Bali.
Disick, who is now dating Lionel Richie's model daughter Sofia Richie, joined the Kardashian siblings, his daughter Penelope, and Kim Kardashian's kids for the family break.
The Kardashians shared images from the vacation on social media over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Kourtney's ex Younes Bendjima has been served with legal papers over an alleged assault at the Coachella festival in April.
Bodyguard Mario Herrera sued the model in September, accusing him of the attack outside the men's bathroom area.
Herrera claims Younes became violent when he tried to stop the model entering the restroom with Kourtney, and alleged picked the minder up and slammed him against a wall.
The guard claims he suffered severe injuries and had to be treated at a nearby hospital.
In new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, he is suing for unspecified damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kardashian's ex was personally served with the legal documents at his West Hollywood apartment.
