AceShowbiz - Is wedding bell really ringing for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas? Amidst rumors that the lovebirds will be tying the knot before the end of the year, the Indian actress apparently added fuel to the rumor by holding a bridal shower at Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe in New York City on Sunday, October 28.
The former "Quantico" star was all smiles in a white strapless, feathery Marchesa dress which she paired with a matching diamond necklace. Completing her look for the celebration were a pair of pink heels and a matching clutch. When asked about how she excited she was when entering the venue, she gleefully replied, "So much."
Guests at the party included Kelly Ripa, Lupita Nyong'o, as well as her future brother-in-law Kevin Jonas, who came with his wife Danielle Jonas and their daughter Alena. A DJ was invited to the party to play several Bollywood hits, while her bridesmaids delivered speeches.
Prior to the party, Priyanka took to Instagram Stories to reveal how she prepared for the bash. "My girls r in town!" she wrote on the picture that showed her getting her hair and makeup done as two of her friends stood behind her. The bride-to-be added the hashtags #anyreasontoparty and #preweddingcelebrations.
Priyanka and Nick have yet to officially revealed when they will exchange vows, but a source previously reported that "the wedding is happening in India in December." A second insider noted that the pair had also started thinking about starting a family, but it came after the nuptials. "They are going to wait till after the wedding to start trying," the source said. "But it's definitely on their agenda."
The lovebirds, who confirmed their engagement in August, have been spending times together in New York these last few days. They were spotted enjoying meal and watching a Broadway musical together.
