Though insisting he has no regret over his infamous sex video with the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, he does agree that the tape was 'a little much'.

AceShowbiz - Ray J has "no regrets" over his infamous sex tape with ex-girlfriend, Kim Kardashian.

The "Love & Hip Hop" star filmed the explicit video in 2003, and it was leaked four years later, catapulting the former lovers into the spotlight. The tape has netted over £100 million (£77.9 million), and Ray insists that over a decade later he still has no regrets about making it.

"I don't regret anything I've done, not even the sex tape," he tells MailOnline. "It's shaped me into the person I am today and helped me find the one (wife Princess Love). The old me had a lot of different things to say, but now when somebody asks me about the sex tape I realise I have to do better."

However, he does accept the tape was "a little much."

"That was the old Ray J," he explains.

Ray married Princess Love in August 2016, and he admits she has taught him everything he needed to know about respect: "When you're blessed with someone who loves you, and that's Princess, you have to do whatever you can to treat her with respect and keep her," he gushed.

Ray explained that he's matured in recent years, and becoming a father in May has transformed his outlook on life.

"I might have said some crazy s**t about it (sex tape) and responded different but now I'm much more mature, I have a lot more respect for this industry and women alone," the singer admits.

He also discussed his newfound respect for women, after watching his wife go through a traumatic 28-hour labour.

"Right there I was humbled," he says. "Anybody that's a mother, I respect them to the highest level."
