AceShowbiz - Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are the new queen and king of social media banter. The "Dark Horse" hitmaker recently posted a series of flirty pictures featuring her posing in front of a shirtless Justin Bieber poster and the British actor could not help mocking her.
One of the photos shows the 33-year-old singer/songwriter, who sported bright eyeshadows and a green, cheetah print dress, caressing the Canadian pop star's abs. She captioned it, "teen idol/american idol." Commenting on her post, her boyfriend Orlando jokingly wrote, "Thirsty."
Katy and Orlando's latest social media banter happened on her birthday, October 25. While the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" star has not taken to social media to wish her a happy birthday, Dolly Parton has sent a video message to Katy on the day she turned 33. The "Teenage Dream" songstress shared the video on her Instagram page.
Katy and Orlando first began dating in early 2016. They broke up in 2017 after more than a year together, but sparked reconciliation rumors after they shared a very flirty exchange on Instagram in February of this year. They made their first red carpet appearance as a couple since rekindling romance at the Gala for the Global Ocean at Opera of Monte-Carlo in Monte-Carlo, Monaco in September.
A source told Us Weekly that the pair are ready to take their relationship to the next level. "They are definitely going to get engaged and married this year. They're also planning for a little one," said the source. "It's something they've talked about a lot."
