Male model Dujuan Thomas claims the 'America's Got Talent' judge hit him backstage of a fashion show on Saturday night and later when they ran into each other again at the hotel.

AceShowbiz - Mel B a.k.a. Melanie Brown is at risk of facing a charge for allegedly punching a model. Dujuan Thomas has filed a police report after the former Spice Girls member threw a punch at him twice on Saturday night, October 14, TMZ reports.
According to Law enforcement sources, Dujuan filed the report on Sunday with Los Angeles Police Department, claiming that the alleged incident happened after a hotel fashion show, which was attended by Mel B. The English star was spotted among the audience while Dujuan was walking the runway at the Saturday event.
In the report, Dujuan detailed their encounter backstage after the show. When he ran into Mel, he asked her to take a picture with him and she agreed. But Dujuan didn't like the result and asked her to do it again, but Mel turned it down and allegedly hit him in the chest with her right hand, instead.
Dujuan went on sharing that he met Mel again later that night at the same hotel. Apparently still in a rage, the "For Once in My Life" songstress allegedly punched him again in the chest when she recognized him.
In a video obtained by the site, Dujuan was seen following and recording Mel in a hotel hallway, moments before she allegedly threw the second punch. The 43-year-old singer was walking with a girl friend, who noticed that they were being followed. Mel turned around and someone offered her to shake hands, which she accepted, but the video cuts out before the alleged second attack.
Despite reporting the incident, Dujuan did not report any injuries and did not require medical attention. LAPD is currently investigating the case, which will then be brought to the L.A. City Attorney to determine if it will proceed with prosecution.
Mel B has not responded to the allegations.
