AceShowbiz - Jennifer Garner is reportedly growing impatience with her slow divorce from Ben Affleck. After filing for divorce a year ago, the "Love, Simon" actress is said to be rushing to finalize their divorce.

TMZ reports that Jen is handing the case over to a private judge. It's because the courts move at a glacial pace, but a private judge can speed up the process as well as handle the final details quickly.

A source claims that the 46-year-old beauty wants to get everything done by year's end.

Jennifer filed for divorce in April 2017 after splitting from the Batman depicter in June 2015. It was rumored that Jennifer had been delaying the divorce because Ben's alcohol addiction. Jen allegedly refused to set a custody agreement unless Ben was 100 percent sober. Now that the "Gone Girl" actor had completed his 40-day rehab stint, it seems like Jen thinks that there's no reason for her to futher delay their divorce.

On Thursday, October 4, Ben penned a heartfelt message of gratitude for family and friends who had been supporting him while battling his alcoholism. "The support I have received from my family, colleagues and fans means more to me than I can say," Ben wrote on Instagram. "It's given me the strength and support to speak about my illness with others. Battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle. Because of that, one is never really in or out of treatment. It is full-time commitment. I am fighting for myself and my family."

The "Justice League" star continued, "So many people have reached out on social media and spoken about their own journeys with addiction. To those people, I want to say thank you. Your strength is inspiring and is supporting me in ways I didn’t think was possible. It helps to know I am not alone."

Ben entered rehab for the third time back in August after Jen reportedly staged an intervention at his home in Pacific Palisades, California.
