Recanting a string of allegations he put against his ex-girlfriend, the 'Betrayed' hitmaker fesses up in a recent interview he is actually the one to blame.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Lil Xan has claimed full responsibility for his break-up with Noah Cyrus.

Miley Cyrus' young sister began dating the rapper, real name Diego Leanos, in June, and shortly after making a loved-up appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards, the pair split at the start of September. Lil Xan subsequently made a string of allegations about his ex, saying she cheated on him and their short-lived romance was fake and set up by music industry executives, claims she denies.

Lil Xan sat down for a chat with Complex's Open Late with Peter Rosenberg on Wednesday night, September 26, and took back all his claims, confessing that the break-up was all his fault.

"I have nothing but love for the Cyrus family, I was still coming down from all the drugs and stuff so I was just everywhere," he explained. "I have no blood between Noah or nothing like that of any sense with the family. It's a great family. They treated me very nicely.

"Honest to God, I would say most of the reason the break up happened - it was my fault. We could have still been together. I feel like I f**ked everything up, and it put me in a darker place because I was getting slammed left and right."

The 22-year-old's appearance came just days after he was hospitalised after eating too many Flamin' Hot Cheetos, giving him stomach issues. The talk show host jokingly handed the rapper a bag of the hot snack and he shared that he was doing "better than ever."

"I just started tapering off drugs," he explained. "I just started getting a healthier mind. I was going through a really dark time in my life, but I was always trying to keep a smile on my face. But like, sometimes, when you don't talk to someone, when you don't let your emotions out, it builds up and you have mental breakdowns."

On Wednesday, Lil Xan proved his health issue hadn't put off the snack by munching on one in front of TMZ.com cameras.
