AceShowbiz - Tiffany Haddish used fashion to honour her father's heritage again during the 2018 Emmy Awards on Monday, September 17.
The comedienne hit the gold carpet ahead of the ceremony in a rainbow-type gown which served as a tribute to the flag of East African country Eritrea, where her father was born.
The custom piece was made by Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung and featured red, green, yellow, and blue stripes.
The "Girls Trip" star previously paid homage to the region during the Academy Awards earlier this year when she wore a traditional Eritrea gown on the red carpet.
"My father said one day I would be able to go to a really amazing event like that and when I do, I need to represent his people," she said in an interview with Vogue last month. "He's from Eritrea, so I wore a princess dress from Eritrea."
