The promo video teases Meredith Grey's new flame, 'a jaw-dropping' twist and a baby bomb as well as introduces the new doctors.

AceShowbiz - Here's a new sneak peek at "Grey's Anatomy" season 15 before the show returns later this month. The trailer hints at more dramas at the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital with potential new hookup for Ellen Pompeo's Meredith Grey.

The video shows the widow of the late Derek Shepherd getting steamy in bed with [SPOILER ALERT!] the hospital's surgical resident Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti). But at the same time, the trailer teases a "jaw-dropping twist." Could this mean that the Meredith-Andrew romp is just in her dream?

The lingering question aside, the trailer also drops a baby bomb as Kim Raver's Teddy Altman announces that she's "11 weeks pregnant," much to Maggie Pierce's (Kelly McCreary) surprise. Fans may also notice that Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) doesn't look too thrilled when he and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) run into Teddy in an elevator.

On a lighter note, the video is introducing two new hot doctors in the hospital, played by Chris Carmack and Alex Landi, who make a female patient gasp. "Oh, my God," she exclaims as the two doctors enter the room. Carmack is cast as a so-called "Ortho God" named Link, while Landi is tapped to portray the show's first gay male surgeon, Dr. Nico Kim. Both characters will recur in the upcoming season.

Season 15 of "Grey's Anatomy" will debut with a two-hour premiere on Thursday, September 27 at 8/7c on ABC. In the first hour titled "With a Wonder and a Wild Desire", the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial vie for a new position. Meredith is seemingly distracted and struggles to stay focused, and Maggie finds herself the keeper of a big secret while Amelia and Owen try to figure out their relationship. Meanwhile, Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex's (Justin Chambers) honeymoon doesn't go exactly as planned. It is written by Showrunner Krista Vernoff and directed by Debbie Allen.

Later in the second hour titled "Broken Together", new doctors continue to shake up the hospital in typical Grey Sloan manner. Meredith bonds with a patient while Jackson (Jesse Williams) struggles with the meaning behind recent experiences; and after making a life-changing decision, Jo forms an unexpected alliance. Meg Marinis wrote the second hour which McKidd directed.
