A judge ruled there was not enough evidence to suggest Brian Glicklich is a threat to the actress and her family.

AceShowbiz - Actress Nicole Eggert has lost her bid for a protection order against Scott Baio's crisis manager after a judge ruled there was not enough evidence to suggest he's a threat.

Eggert was granted a temporary restraining order against Brian Glicklich, who was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the former child star, her two daughters, and her 81-year-old mother.

Glicklich fought back, accusing Eggert of "actively encouraging the hacker group Anonymous to attack" himself and his client, who Eggert previously claimed sexually molested her on the set of their hit TV sitcom Charles in Charge.

Glicklich argued the restraining order was completely unnecessary and demanded Eggert pay for any legal fees he might incur fighting the case.

Sources close to Eggert tell The Blast she plans to gather more evidence and re-file for a protection order.
