AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are so much in love that they don't mind flaunting PDA in public places. The newly-engaged couple, who is no stranger to making out in public, was spotted sucking face in a restaurant in Brooklyn on Thursday, July 26 during their lunch date.
The "What Do You Mean" singer and his model fiancee were seen passionately kissing at 12 Chairs Cafe for everyone to see. In a photo obtained by TMZ, Hailey and Justin seemingly were too caught up in the moments as he put his hand on his lady's face as they continued their steamy makeout session.

An eyewitness told HollywoodLife.com that the pair were "close" to one another throughout the lunch. "Justin and Hailey looked completely in love during their lunch at 12 Chairs Cafe in Brooklyn, New York today," the source revealed. "Justin had his arm around Hailey the whole time and they were very affectionate throughout their visit."
"The happy couple was sweet and nice to everyone including all of the staff and other guests dining at the restaurant," the source added. "You could tell they are incredibly close and were all smiles the whole time."
Some people might think that the heat between the couple will die down in a few weeks, but Justin apparently "believes that the euphoria he feels for her is going to last forever." Another source shares, "The so-called honeymoon phase is something he believes will not just be a phase but a way of life. That is why he is so excited to be with her. He honestly is in love with everything about her and they don't fight and everything is perfect right now."
It remains to be seen when Justin and Hailey will tie the knot. However, according to Hailey's aunt Kim Basinger, they had prepared a fun bridal party so it might not be long until the wedding bells ring for them.
