The 'Look What You Made Me Do' singer won't let distance stop him from celebrating her best friend's birthday, baking a cake for Selena on her 26th birthday.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift still remembers Selena Gomez's birthday despite being thousands of miles away from her. In fact, the country-turned-pop superstar celebrated her best friend's birthday by baking her a cake, though the birthday girl would never be able to eat it.
The "Shake It Off" hitmaker took to Instagram Stories on Sunday, July 22 to give Selena a birthday shout out by posting a picture of a personalized cake she made for. The cake featured various shades of pink frosting with yellow sprinkles on it and a white heart reading "26" in the center. "Gomez or Go Home" was written around the cake's edges.
"Will I let distance stop me from celebrating my best friend's bday?" Taylor wrote on the caption over the cake photo. "I MEAN I COULD BUT WHY WOULD I WANT 2." Selena has not publicly responded to Taylor's birthday shout out.
Taylor, who has been on the road for her "Reputation Stadium Tour", was in New Jersey over the weekend for her shows at MetLife Stadium. She is set to continue to perform in cities across the U.S. until October 6, before heading to Australia, New Zealand and Asia until November 21.
Meanwhile, Selena, who was traveling to Europe following her split from Justin Bieber, was not alone on her 26th birthday. She was celebrating the special day with some pals in California. "America's Got Talent" season 11 winner Grace VanderWaal shared pics from the low-key birthday celebration on Instagram.
A surprised Selena looked emotional in one of the photos as she covered her eyes with her hands upon seeing what they had prepared for her. She was seen admiring her birthday cupcakes in another picture and hugging Grace in other shots.
"huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY 4 SELENA!!!!!!!!!! Thank for everything I hope you have the best day bebegurllllllll," so the 14-year-old singer wrote in a caption of those photos.
Selena has been filming her new zombie movie, which is tentatively titled "Killed in the Head". She was recently spotted on the set in upstate New York with her co-star Austin Butler.
