The 'Riverdale' actress is joining forces with skincare Dermalogica.

AceShowbiz - Former acne sufferer Lili Reinhart has teamed up with skincare Dermalogica to help launch two new products.

The "Riverdale" star has been announced as the brand's newest ambassador and has her own history with Dermalogica, having used its products as a teenager.

As a result, Lili is chuffed at the partnership and took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her followers.

"Anyone who knows me, knows that I am incredibly passionate about skincare. As someone who developed acne at age 13, I've been working towards healthy skin for a while now," she wrote. "From seeing multiple dermatologists to trying dozens of topical treatments, I've learned to see my skin as an important investment. Acne is temporary - but my skin is forever, and it's worth taking care of."

The 21-year-old is helping launch Dermalogica's Clear Start Breakout Clearing Booster and Blackhead Clearing Fizz Mask, in addition to serving as creative consultant for the company's new FaceFit 10 minute facial.

"I'm sure that if I wasn't an actress, I would be an aesthetician," she laughed in an interview with E! Online following the announcement. "Working with a brand that I actually use in my daily life is very special, especially one that is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free."

Having battled break outs for years, Lili has tried every trick in the book when it comes to clearing skin, and went on to share her top tips.

"I've cut out fast food and soda within the past month and my forehead breakouts are becoming less frequent," she noted, adding that not all skincare products are worth the money.

"A little tip I've learned in talking with aestheticians is that you shouldn't put drying lotion on whiteheads - that actually makes the pimple stick around longer," the star warned. "A serum or spot treatment with salicylic acid helps with bigger, cystic pimples."
