AceShowbiz - Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour has welcomed a new member into the family after her daughter Bee Shaffer tied the knot with Francesco Carrozzini.

The couple became husband and wife during a ceremony at Wintour's home in Long Island, New York on Saturday, July 07, when 150 guests helped to celebrate the pair's nuptials.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, attendees were asked not to use their cell phones at the event or post about the wedding on social media, amid speculation the official photos will feature as an exclusive in an upcoming issue of Vogue.

Shaffer, a former TV producer who now works in theatre, became engaged to photographer and director Carrozzini, the son of the late Franca Sozzani, Wintour's Italian counterpart and friend, in March, 2017.

The bride and groom have yet to comment publicly on their wedding, but Shaffer has since updated her Instagram account to reflect her new married name of Bee Carrozzini.
