AceShowbiz - Rapper Rich The Kid is reportedly under investigation for battery over an alleged altercation with a photographer in California.

The "Plug Walk" hitmaker was at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, California last week (ends June 15), when a paparazzo approached him while he was running to his car, and asked him about his feud with rapper Lil Uzi.

According to TMZ, Rich the Kid, real name Dimitri Leslie Roger, got into an argument with the unnamed snapper over the question and the incident turned physical, with the MC allegedly punching the photographer and hitting his camera.

Roger's female friend then reportedly took the camera as they were leaving. She is now also under investigation for theft.

News of the investigation comes days after the 25-year-old and his girlfriend Tori Brixx were allegedly robbed at her home by several masked men, who reportedly made off with jewellery and an unknown amount of cash. Roger and Brixx were both injured during the attack.

It's the latest personal drama for the rapper - he also recently filed legal papers seeking joint custody of his two children in his divorce battle with his estranged wife Antonette Willis. She moved to end the couple's marriage in March, and requested spousal and child support for their one-year-old kid Queen and two-year-old, named King.
