AceShowbiz - DJ Khaled has been hit with a lawsuit by an Instagram model who alleges she wasn't paid for appearing in his I'm the One music video.
Iryna Ivanova claims she was hired to star in the promo alongside the 42-year-old producer and his collaborators Justin Bieber, Quavo, and Chance the Rapper.
Ivanova, who has over four million followers on the photo sharing site, maintains she was set to be paid $1,250 (£930) for the project, but has yet to receive anything.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, the social media vixen has taken the issue to a small claims court and is seeking a total of $1,375 (£1,200), to account for what the record producer reportedly owes, plus interest.
The case is slated to go to trial on 2 July.
DJ Khaled, born Khaled Mohamed Khaled, has yet to respond to the suit.
