Stella Stolper claims that in addition to being naked in front of her, the singing diva performs sexual acts in her presence.

AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey is accused of sexual harassment by her ex-manager Stella Stolper. Stolper alleges she was sexually harassed multiple times as the singing diva constantly paraded around naked in front of her. Stolper reportedly files docs in which she puts Carey's team on notice that a lawsuit is about to come.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Stolper claims that Carey rarely wore clothes while being around her. In addition to being naked, it is said that the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" hitmaker performed sexual acts in Stolper's presence.

Stolper further alleges that the singer has a substance abuse issue, failing to take her medications for her bipolar disorder. In the lawsuit, Carey's former manager also states that Carey has violated the U.S. Civil Rights Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act as well as breach of contract, adding that Carey owes her money since she was fired before their three-year contract officially ended.

Carey, however, denies all the allegations. A representative for the singer tells the site, "If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully." A source close to Carey also comes to her defense, saying to HollywoodLife.com, "Mariah is not at all like the accusations by Stella. To the contrary, Mariah isn't ever naked, she always keeps her robe on, always."

"Stella's accusations are just not true," the source continues. "The fact that Stella is now about to sue her or go after more money is sad. Everything Stella is claiming is unreal and ridiculous. Stella and Mariah used to be best friends and really close, so it is sad that it is ending like this."

This arrives after Carey revealed that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001. "I didn't want to believe it," she admitted. She went on saying that "the hardest couple of years I've been through" forced her to seek treatment recently.

"Until recently I lived in denial and isolation and in constant fear someone would expose me. It was too heavy a burden to carry and I simply couldn't do that anymore," Carey said. "I sought and received treatment, I put positive people around me and I got back to doing what I love -- writing songs and making music."
