Jennifer Hudson may have found herself a new man amid her nasty split from ex David Otunga. The "Burned Down" songstress is allegedly romancing rapper/producer will.I.am, with whom she did "The Voice UK" together in early 2017.

Life & Style magazine (via HollywoodLife.com) reports that the singers spark a "casual" relationship after meeting on the set of the British version of NBC's "The Voice". The magz further claims that while things are relatively casual for now, it may be growing to become something serious.

"What Jennifer loves about Will is that he understands the demands of an entertainment career," a source tells the magz. "And, Will always told Jennifer she deserves to be with a man who appreciates her talent and beauty."

The dating rumors come amid Jennifer's custody battle with her ex-fiance David. The "American Idol" alum and the former pro wrestler called it quits after ten years together. Last November, the Oscar-winning actress was also revealed to be requesting and receiving a protective order against David. "Jennifer's actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son," a rep for the singer said, referring to the former couple's 8-year-old son, David Daniel Otunga Jr. She accused David of harassment and threatening behavior.

However, Jennifer later modified the emergency order of protection as she voluntarily agreed to allow David to spend Thanksgiving with their son. The then-couple, who got engaged in 2008, later reached a temporary agreement regarding the custody of David Otunga, Jr., with David being granted a primary custody of the kid.

In addition, Jennifer removed the emergency protection order as David agreed not to return to their family home. "Jennifer dropped the order so they could remove the matter from the courtroom and work together to do what is best for their child," a source previously shared.
