After releasing Tove Lo-assisted track "Out of My Head" last week, Charli XCX has premiered a new club banger entitled "Unlock It" featuring Korean-American R'n'B artist Jay Park and German popstar Kim Petras. The track debuted on Zane Lowe's "Beats 1".

The electropop track, which was produced A.G. Cook and Life Sim, finds the "Boom Clap" songstress rhyming about falling in love with someone. Jay, who starred in Charli's music video for "Boys", lends his voice for the bridge part.

"I know they could do you but I could do it better/ Bring me out to London, yeah/ I can show you something yeah," he rhymes. "Unlock your clothes off your body/ Give your lovin' yeah/ 'Cause that's how we do/ You wantin' me too/ You got me see-through."

"Unlock It" is the second single off Charli's upcoming mixtape "Pop 2", which is set to be released on December 15. Along with Jay and Kim, the mixtape includes other collaborations with Carly Rae Jepsen, Tommy Cash, CupcaKKe and MO.

Talking about the second track, Charli recalled how she tapped Jay to collaborate with her during an interview with Zane. The songstress noted that she started having an interest in the Korean musician after he starred in the music video for "Boys", remarking that "every single comment is about Jay Park, like people love Jay Park."

She went on saying that she "just got a really good vibe from him." Charli continued, "I managed to get his number from someone so I texted him about doing a song. And the song just came together when I was in New York with A.G. Cook."

The Cambridge native also discussed her new mixtape during the interview, describing it as being "about everybody having their moment to shine." She added, "We just want to do as many collaborations as possible from all part of the world."
