Billboard's Women in Music is coming soon, and Billboard has announced more artists that will be honored at the annual event. Among them is Camila Cabello. The former Fifth Harmony member is set to receive Breakthrough Artist award at the upcoming event.

Camila is chosen to receive the award as she has "established herself as a multiplatinum-certified pop powerhouse less than a year after she departed from Fifth Harmony and officially kicked off her solo career." Other reason is because the 20-year-old singer has set her status as "the first woman this decade to hit No. 1 on the Pop Songs chart with a group and as a soloist."

Billboard has also confirmed that Kelly Clarkson and Kehlani will join Camila as the honorees. Kelly will take home Powerhouse Award, while Kehlani will be presented with Rule Breaker Award. Prior to this, it has been announced that Selena Gomez will be named Women of the Year. The "Same Old Love" songstress was chosen to receive the award as she frequently inspired young women all around the world to be authentic and to not be afraid to raise their voice.

"Not only is Selena soaring on the charts, but she continuously inspires young women everywhere to be authentic, give back and to not be afraid to use their voice," John Amato, the president of The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group, stated. "She is never afraid to speak her mind and has used her platform to advocate for the needs of others. We are thrilled to be able to honor her as our Woman of the Year."

Women in Music is held to honor the music industry's most powerful female artists and executives. This year, the event will take place in Los Angeles on November 30. People who can't attend the event can stream both pre-show and the event via Twitter from 21:00 P.M. to 00:00 A.M. ET.
