The 33-year-old TV host is known for being notoriously private about her life as she's been referencing her "boyfriend" on social media only several times since early 2016. However, Page Six has revealed the identity of the mysterious man who captures the heart of the daughter of Republican Sen. John McCain.
The news outlet stated that Meghan is engaged to Ben Domenech, a conservative writer and publisher of online magazine The Federalist. Meghan is said to announce the exciting news of her engagement to Ben, who is also the writer of political insider newsletter The Transom, on her ABC daytime talk show.
Friends tell the site that the "Dirty Sexy Politics" author and the 35-year-old writer have been dating for a while. However, they opt to keep their romance under the radar.
Judging by Meghan's Instagram posts, it seems like Ben is quite the cook. Ben has also earned the approval of Meghan's dad. "He's a jerk," the senator joked on "The View" recently. "Actually, he's a very fine man. I'm very proud and very happy that they're so happy together."
Meghan joined "The View" as the newest co-host in early October, just days after her exit from Fox News. The political personality fills in the spot left by Jedidiah Bila, who abruptly departed from the daytime talk show after a year. In her first day on the show, she talked about her dad, who was diagnosed with stage IV brain cancer. "It is the most difficult thing I've ever done in my entire life. I don't know how people do it at all. It is the most chaotic, difficult, intense thing you could possibly go through," she shared.
