Homeowners in the elite Los Angeles area ban the Canadian heartthrob from renting their houses despite being offered up to $100,000 a month.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber is struggling to find a mansion to rent in Beverly Hills, and it seems like it won't end anytime soon. It is reported that homeowners in the elite Los Angeles area are banding together against the "Sorry" hitmaker, who allegedly offers up to $100,000 a month for a house in the area.
"Justin wants to rent a big estate, but many of the owners of the big Beverly Hills properties, which are for rent, have clubbed together to agree that nobody should rent to Justin," reveals a source to Page Six.
"You would think that they would want the cachet of having him at their homes--and Justin is offering $100,000 a month for places that aren't anywhere near worth that," the source continues. The source claims that the ban stems from Justin and his entourage's reputation for "trashing his rental homes and then being difficult when it comes to paying for the repairs."
"So instead he's become a resident at a hotel, where the well-heeled guests have been doing double takes seeing him at breakfast on his own with his tattoos and baggy pants," explains the source. It is said that the Canadian heartthrob is a "semi-permanent resident" at a Beverly Hills hotel as he has rented at the hotel for up to a year. The 23-year-old global star is also rumored to stun other guests as he and his crew skateboard out of the property.
Back in 2015, a Beverly Hills home rented by the singer was trashed at a Grammys party hosted by Meek Mill. The party was attended by a slew of big names, including Nicki Minaj, French Montana and Chris Brown. Meanwhile, the "Love Yourself" hitmaker had to pay a neighbor $80,000 after throwing eggs from his own home in Calabasas in 2014. Justin pleaded no contest to a vandalism charge and attended anger management classes.
