Report suggests that Hurricane Harvey has killed 13 people since it made landfall on Friday, August 25 on South Texas. It has dumped 51.88 inches of rain, setting a new record for the continental U.S. The storm is the strongest one to ever make landfall in the United States since Hurricane Charley back in 2004.

"American Idol", which previously ran on FOX before getting canceled in 2016, is revived on ABC. Ryan Seacrest is set to return as the host, with Katy Perry as one of the judges on the show. The search for the second, third and possibly fourth judge is currently underway.
"American Idol" reboot will arrive sometime in 2018 on ABC.
