The 32-year-old rapper and the diva have joined forces on the remix and acoustic version of the song that will be released this week.

AceShowbiz - French Montana's single "Unforgettable" featuring Swae Lee is still soaring on music charts, and now the Moroccan-born rapper intends to make the song bigger with the assistance of Mariah Carey. French has hit the studio together with the pop diva to record the remix of "Unforgettable". The track will arrive on Friday, August 25.

Mariah has taken to social media to share the preview of the remix. She smoothly handles the hook as her voice mixes well with Swae Lee. Besides the remix, an acoustic, longer version of the song will be released.

"Unforgettable" is French's highest-charting single. After peaking at No. 3 on Billboard Hot 100, it's currently sitting comfortably at No. 4 on the chart. The rapper previously shared that the song serves as a tribute to his parents.

"I promised my mother that I would hustle and make my accomplishments unforgettable once I found my opportunity," he explained. "I want other people who might be struggling to know that the sky is not the limit... You can do unforgettable things."

"Unforgettable" is a track off French's sophomore album "Jungle Rules". The effort is the follow-up to the spitter's debut album "Excuse My French", which was released in 2013. "Jungle Rules" debuted at No. 3 on Billboard 200 chart and has received a number of critical acclaims.

The effort offers several musical crossovers. Laced with eighteen songs, it features swirling trap music, sultry R&B and dancehall bop. French also embraces his Moroccan roots by infusing the album with some Arabic-style beats. Additionally, it boasts guest appearances from massive stars, including Future, Young Thug, The Weeknd and Pharrell Williams.

Reflecting on his humble beginnings as a DVD paddler and street rapper, the 32-year-old spitter is now on the peak of his career. "Music taught me a lot of things. If you do something you don't love, you'll never be successful," he recently shared. "When people try to do something they're not happy doing. It doesn't work."
