The 23-year-old singer was rambling at one point during his London performance over the weekend, claiming that he had a rough night due to a bad cold.

AceShowbiz - Was he okay? Justin Bieber baffled fans during his set at BST Hyde Park in London on Sunday, July 2. The Canadian heartthrob was rambling as he told the "tough crowd" bad jokes and suddenly scolded his backup singers. On his defense, Justin said that he was "having a bad night" while seemingly fighting a cold.

It began when the "Love Yourself" hitmaker pointed out the merry-go-round near the stage and joked, "That looks fun... Said no one ever!" Sadly, the joke was met with a complete silence as the concertgoers didn't find it funny.

He then awkwardly tapped his microphone, saying, "Is this thing on?" He then quipped, "Tough crowd!" Things started to get worse when Justin scolded his backing singers for having a chat while he told the audience how much of an honor it was to sing for them. "Whatever you're talking about can't be more important than what I'm saying," he said, leaving the crowd stunned.

The 23-year-old singer later admitted that he was suffering a bad cold. He claimed that he had to use a vapour rub in order to perform. "I usually use Olbus oil. But I had to use Vicks here and now it's stuck up my nose," he said, before adding, "I'm having a bad night, don't judge me."

Sporting a Louis Vuitton baseball shirt and black basketball shorts, Justin performed several hit songs during his 90-minute set, including "Sorry", "Boyfriend", "Cold Water" and "Love Yourself". Due to his sickness, the singer reportedly mimed several songs throughout the set, including "What Do You Mean?" and "Company".
