The 'Fuller House' star's ex-fiance Justin Hodak is sentenced to six years and eight months in prison after pleading 'no contest' to felony charges.

AceShowbiz - Jodie Sweetin's ex-fiance Justin Hodak is sentenced to six years and eight months in state prison on Friday, May 5. He pleaded "no contest" to possession of a deadly weapon and falsifying evidence by threatening witness with force or implied force. Hodak was found guilty on both felony charges.

Hodak will be placed on 5-year probation upon his release. As part of his probation terms, he has to enroll in a 52-week domestic violence treatment program, obey a protective order and refrain from releasing images or videos of Sweetin. He is also banned from owning or possessing any deadly or dangerous weapons, and has to turn in his 9mm semiautomatic gun to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The former couple got engaged in January 2016 after dating for two years. The "Fuller House" actress called off their engagement in March. "We can confirm that actress Jodie Sweetin and her fiance Justin Hodak have ended their relationship. She appreciates everyone's understanding for their need for privacy at this time," Sweetin's rep told E! News.

A few days after announcing their breakup, the two got into "a heated argument" at Sweetin's house. According to court documents, Hodak threatened to commit suicide when she asked him to leave. The police discovered a firearm at Sweetin's house that belonged to Hodak, who wasn't allowed to own one as a convicted felon. Sweetin had been granted a restraining order against him, which he violated by showing up at her house.
