'Transformers: The Last Knight' director Michael Bay says that 'Transformers' writers have made outlines for 14 stories set in 'Transformers' universe.

"Transformers: The Last Knight" director Michael Bay has revealed that Paramount is currently developing a great number of "Transformers" movies. During CinemaCon, Bay said that "Transformers" writers had made outlines for 14 stories set in "Transformers" universe.
"There are 14 ('Transformers') stories written, and there's good stuff," said Bay. Despite the previous announcement that Bay had retired directing "Transformers" movies, Bay said that "he would like to do one of them."
Meanwhile, "Transformers" spin-off centering on Bumblebee is scheduled to be released in the U.S. on June 8, 2018. "Kubo and the Two Strings" director Travis Knight is on board to helm the movie. As for Bay's "Transformers: The Last Night", it is set to hit U.S. theaters on June 23.
"The Last Knight" shatters the core myths of the "Transformers" franchise and redefines what it means to be a hero. Humans and Transformers are at war, Optimus Prime is gone.
