"Deadpool" was nominated for Best Picture - Comedy/Musical and Best Actor for Reynolds at the 2017 Golden Globes. The anti-hero movie also got nominations at the WGA, PGA and DGA. Hoping to get nominated at this year's Oscars, Reynolds took to Twitter on Thursday, January 12 to share a brief "For Your Consideration" video for his movie.

Featuring a montage of scenes from the movie, the new consideration video had Reynolds narrating a list of the movie's achievements in a funny way. "600lbs of chimichangas," he began. "4 pair of a**less chaps, 12 humiliating on a casting couch," the Canadian actor continued, "117 script pages, 465 ad libs," adding, "42 rejection letters from Fox."

"Deadpool" is up for Best Director for Tim Miller, Best Adapted Screenplay and Outstanding Producer at the upcoming WGA, DGA and PGA respectively. It remains to be seen if the last spring blockbuster will get nominated when the Oscar nominees are announced on January 24.
