Amber Heard is being sued by "London Fields" producers Chris Hanley and Jordan Gertner for allegedly breaching contract. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 30-year-old actress has been ordered to pay $10 million for refusing "to act in scenes requiring nudity, in contravention of her contractual obligations."

Heard was allegedly aware of the nature of her role as Nicola Six, as she had read Martin Amis' novel and the movie's screenplay which was "salacious, provocative and contained nude scenes." However, she failed "to render acting services in conformity with the shooting script" and later refused to participate in promotional services, according to the production company, Nicola Six Limited.

The complaint filed on Monday, November 21 in Los Angeles Superior Court stated, "While the inherent tension between actors and directors (on the one hand) and producers (on the other) is nothing new in Hollywood, the unauthorized and unlawful acts of Heard, [director Matthew Cullen], and others - most notably, their campaign to damage Plaintiff, the Picture, and the Picture's investors - are perhaps unprecedented."

Back in 2015, the premiere of "London Fields" sparked controversy at the TIFF when several of the stars refused to show up. Cullen later sued Nicola Six Limited for fraud, claiming that the producers hijacked the final cut of the movie. The production house counterclaimed that Cullen had failed to deliver the film on budget and on time.

Cullen took over the helming duty from Shekar Kapur for "London Fields", which also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Johnny Depp, Cara Delevingne and Theo James among others. According to the previous suit, Kapur dropped out of the project "citing Heard's inexperience as an actor."
