Meghan Markle is reportedly taking time-out from her TV show "Suits". A source reveals to Page Six that the brunette beauty asked her bosses to skip the show's filming this week in Toronto because she had "something important to do." The report came after Prince Harry confirmed his relationship with her.

Earlier this week, Prince Harry issued a rare statement to plead with the press to stop hounding his girlfriend, her family and friends. Paparazzi reportedly tried to break into her house and papers offered "substantial bribes" to her ex-boyfriend. Harry "is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her."

The British royal said Markle was subjected to "a wave of abuse and harassment." He slammed media trolls over the "racial undertones" and "outright sexism" of their comments. His rep said, "He knows commentators will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all part of the game.' He strongly disagrees. This is not a game - it is her life and his."

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry dated after they first met in Toronto in May when he was in town to promote Invictus Games and she was filming "Suits".
